Had enough

Right I don't understand how this works, but my open reach box in the wall is perfectly fine no issues always shows 3 lights but then my hub will just randomly loose connection for no reason. Tried moving it around the living room and still does the same thing. What makes me more angry is that I have had it replaced but it doesn't look brand new it looks used came with pen marks up one side. My hub can go anywhere between 5-15 times a day if loosing connecting and ranging anywhere between 1 min to 2 hrs. Like I have just moved out of my parents place new to all this but this is taking the mic now like

If it is the hub itself losing connection (rather than a WiFi issue and the ONT signal is OK) then I'd start with the obvious and replace the ethernet cable between the hub and ONT with a new cat6 cable.
