Terrible connections
Everytime I've switched the tv off it takes forever I return to get a signal. It stops receiving when I switch off to go out, or at bedtime when it gets switched off. All the checks bia the sky app show no faults but I can't watch the tv.

Re: Terrible connections
@johnboyq if you have a Sky Stream puck or a Sky Glass TV go into the settings and find the Network section where you will see the quality of yhe WiFi signal - poor WiFi always means poor viewing etc. The answer is either to use Ethernet cables or getva Wi`Finextender which Sky can supply if you buy WiFi Max from them and ask.
