Terrible connection on Sky Gigafast

I upgraded to Sky Gigafast Fibre from Ultrafast Fibre and ever since we have had the worst intermittent connection we've ever experienced in over 25 years as a Sky customer. 

We have looked online to try and get help but it's literally dropping out every 10 mins or so which is making it impossible to watch anything. Has anyone else experienced this after upgrading and have a solution??
