Broadband is Changing

As my Broadbank is changing I said to upgrade and was told a new hub would be sent to me.  Had a message to say that it had been delivered, but I have not had it delivered to me.  the picture as proof of delivery looks like it is in a royal mail warehouse somewhere.  Will it be sent to me from the warehouse as I have been told that my service will be switched on on the 11th May.

 

 

I would be greatful is someone could let me know what is going to happen so that I dont get cut off

As a customer to customer forum @Wilson-C16 , we don't have access to account info, but I'm sure you will be fine.

 

There is another 6/7 days for Royal Mail to deliver the new hub to you and worst case scenario, you can use the existing one if needed.
