Terrible WiFi

I have been trying to connect my fire stick for over an hour, couldn't use the sky app either, now sky app is stating I have the correct speed etc but still can't connect to my fire stick. I pay nearly £60 a month for this package and I'm not satisfied

@Emma101513 Drop the wireless wifi securities back to wpa2-psk using your app advanced settings for the sky Max hub! and you may just have to temp switch off the 5Ghz band to connect it, but do remember to switch it back on, linked below the help should you need it!
