Terrible WiFi on all devices

Hi there, 

we recently switched from BT to Sky for broadband. The speed is meant to be better than BT but it's terrible - any time we try to watch something on Netflix, Disney or any streaming platform it either doesn't work or it buffers every 30 seconds. I'm so unhappy with this service. We have a newborn baby and so haven't had the time to reach out to you to fix this. Please can you send a technician out to fix it?

@Alex269 Just so you know, posting on the Forum you are not talking to sky, so the post will go no further. You need to call sky and request this direct! you will find the link below, click call us and the number will appear, or 150 from a connected landline or sky mobile!
