Terrible Internet connection

My Internet connection through my sky router has been intermittent at best for a matter of weeks now. There is clearly an underlying issue, which as far as I can see is not a problem of my doing. I need this issue resolved as I work from home and it's causing major problems.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Exact same issue: internet disconnecting intermittently. The broadband sky tool checker just reports everything is ok, and there are no reports - no wonder there aren't any reports since we can't get through to technical support line as there is no way to call anyone. This is dispeci le service!

The link above seemed to work. It recognised an issue and I've managed to arrange an engineer to come out. External problem apparently.

Im experiencing the same damned thing. For at least 3 month, the internet does out multiple times a day. I work from home too and it's been a nightmare. Why don't they bloody admit there is something wrong instead of gaslighting us all!
