I'm trying to claim back for the termination fee with the new supplier but I need to have a letter with my address on it, the amount that was paid and also it needs to clarify it was broadband only

@Stevencurrie The only thing sky provides is what is on the pdf bill version you can download from your online account via a browser not the app
