Temporary fault needs reporting
There is a fault on my broadband and phone cable. It has had a temporary fix by openreach but needs to be reported so sky can action a proper fix.
BUT I can't find where I report it as when I try it just says it's working ok. Well yes BECAUSE it's had a temporary fix AHHHhh

How did Openreach manage to fix anything (temporarily or otherwise) unless you initially reported an issue to Sky?
