Television wont work!!
The screen is on in full picture bit ot won't move. We've tried changing the batteries numerous times have turned the TV in and off also the router but nothing is working please help.

@Netflix This doesn't sound like a broadband related issue but a TV setting issue. Without know what TV you have the community won;t be able to help.
