Television connection
Fed up of constantly reporting this shocking wifi, it is down 50% of the day. I'm always having to reconnect my phone and especially the television as it disconnects all day long. Was sent a booster which has done nothing, signed up as it was meant to be better than the previous wifi but it's been 10 times worse! I'm paying for a service I've not been recieving since it was installed!

Re: Television connection
@Hollie1602 is the problem thecwifi signal in your home or the speed of the broadband to the Sky hub? You can check the latter by running the seervice checker in the My Sky app which shows you the speed on the last test if you click next to that you see the last few weeks speds and the guaranteed minimum for your line. If the line is running slowly the app should suggest how to getvfurther help.
If thatvis OK then the issue is the wifi speed in your homecwhich depends on the layout and type of construction of your home. Houses with solid internal walls are particukarly difficult as the signal loses power passing through each one. Boosters can be useful but they need careful pisitioning as they needca goid connection to the hub to work. Ideally placing the boistercin a hall or on a landing can help. Also make sure your hub is in the brst position as just like a lightbit needs to be out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators.
