Telegraph pole

So open reach connected fibre wires. But left the old bt lines connected to house and telegraph pole. We have 2 in vasinity of our hose. One pole has 28 cables. Other 23. Who/howdo I contact. Openreach says it's down to provider

ISPs aren't involved in the removal of street cabling: it's not their network.  Openreach may choose to do so at some point in the future if the value of scrap copper exceeds the considerable cost of such an operation: at the moment they need as many of their staff as possible working on FTTP deployment.
