Frequent problem with wifi

we have problems with WiFi we get  so often

can we have a sisit by your engineers so he can identify and solve the problem

What is the problem you are haing, do you have a weak signal in certain rooms or do you have no working broadband at all ?

The quality of the call especially What's up call are never consistent 

can not hear the conversation 

also in some too especially upstairs it gets cut off

some time our television gets broken pictures

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
