the middle light on the sky extender is not on

@JimQuinn Then follow the help link below for resetting the sky Broadband or the sky Q Booster, unplug the booster and DO IT next to the sky HUB! They do sometimes loose connection and you have to WPS connect them again..... Watch the orange lights on both, sky Hub wps button ia 1 inch from the bottom on the RHS off the sky Broadband Hub/Booster is the same place but easier to see as it is white!
