Technical error issue when ordering

I am trying to order a broadband and tv package. I get as far as processing the order and it shows technical error. If I order over the phone will I be charged? I'm an existing customer as have a mobile with sky. Thank you

@Jane4814 you should becable to get the same deal over the phone and if you have Sky mobile dial 150 for a free call.
