@Gary627 depending on the age of your PC you maybe worthwhile buying a USB wifi adapter and use that rather than an old built-in WiFi card they are not that expensive.
Otherwise tell the PC to forget the connection then reboot the machine and add the connection from scratch carefully checking thst you are reading the passcode correctly as it is easy to assume a number 0 is the letter O etc.
