Technical difficulties signing up for BB & TV

Hi, I'm moving house in the next couple of weeks and am trying to sign up for Sky TV and BB online, TopCashback currently have £140 cash back on offer. 
however every time I try to order I get an error screen saying technical difficulties, try later. 
From other posts it seems like I'll need to phone up to arrange, but then I will miss out on the cash back. 

Has anyone got any ideas on how to get the order through online. 
I've tried using chrome and safari with the same result

When this kind of issue occurs the only advice the forum really has is to clear cache & cookies or try another browser. Otherwise it would be a call/message to Sky.
