Tapo security cameras won’t connect

Just had broadband fiber installed, it was a faster internet for cheaper price of my old one. Anyway engineer been today all good except my security cameras. I have indoor & outdoor Tapo cameras & will not connect to the new broadband. When the cameras are on & ready to instal alls good, i select the camera Wi-Fi to install cameras it comes up straight away no internet access, iv tried selecting use data instead but nothing. Iv unplugged router, started again, unplugged cameras, followed all instructions & still nothing. But the old Wi-Fi had no problem & was quick to install. Could there be a protection stopping access for the cameras. Iv googled but nothing comes up, iv tried everything including resetting everything.
