Tapo Camera cannot access internet on Sky Hub Router (black)

Hi all,

I've successfully connect my Tapo indoor camera to the new Sky Hub router. I can access the camera fine on the app when my phone is connected to WiFi. However, an amber light is shown on the camera and I cannot access the camera over mobile internet. So presumably the camera is connected to WiFi but the router is blocking access to the internet. Grateful for any help or suggestions to try. Thanks!!

@Jim165 Was the camera connected previously to a sky Hub before as you say a new hub! About the hubs below, but suspect that you have the Sky Broadband Hub SR203 model!

Good question! Sorry this wasn't clear. Both the sky broadband hub and Tapo camera are new.

@Jim165 There are many different types of Tapo Camera's and do not use, but do have the Tapo P110 Smart Energy socket's which may even be using the very same software if not similar and it works and connects no issue using the exact same hub, had them connected for years with no problems! Tapo app is on android with the version at 3.11.113 Just checked the phone!

It's a Tapo C210 indoor camera. Using with iOS app version 3.13.104.

@Jim165 As i said earlier, use the tapo app drop off to mobile data, and can connect and control the IOT power plugs from anywhere, no issues, would expect the same off your's but do not use Apple for anything, even my Ring Camera and Doorbell are viewed from wherever i wish. Android and Windows user!
