I would like to switch to cheaper internet, I have Internet connection and talk, I would like to turn off talk

Sky Talk comes together with the Broadband deal. If you don't make calls then call Sky and make sure you are on the Pay As You Talk tariff meaning no calls made = no call charges.

The default voice product with Sky Broadband has no additional monthly cost: it's a PAYG product with all calls billed per minute.

Note that while some online advice sources suggest 'cancelling an unused landline to save money', all terrestrial broadband still needs a physical connection (copper or optical cable) : the rental of this is not negotiable and its cost is bundled into the monthly broadband subscription price.
