Taking my Sky pacakage with me

I have been playing telephone and chatbot merry-go-round for at least an hour this morning trying to gain an answer to this question:  when I move house (January 2026) will my current Sky package work in my new address?  The village where we are moving does not have the digital cabling that is available here - and I specifically asked, when agreeing to buy the new package, if everything would transfer across.  Please tell me how I can get an answer to this question - both telephone and chatbot have led nowhere!

@MarkD7 Sky have a systems issue at the moment. You can check excatly what services Sky can offer over Openreach lines by entering your full address of your new home here Openreach Checker

If you want help understanding the output post the full table as a screen shot with the first 3 lines of the notes but obscure the referencecto the address sbove the table.

Re: Taking my Sky pacakage with me

@MarkD7 Have you tried the sky help, linked below put the postcode and address see what it returns, also the BTW one is there also, just use the address checker although that is not a sky specific.
