My broad band and my sky and TV is not working . When trying to logon getting an error called couple of times to sky ans only got some limited information from the customer services. And link to connect to service checker app getting an error as under maintenance. And had no prior notification about the outage nor any ETA when it will be back?  This is TW18 area is anyone else having similar issue ?

The issue with your Sky Services are unrelated to the issues Sky are having with the service checker & app this morning. Your best option would be to call Sky support and hold through any prompts to go online.

I called the iVR sending me the link and it's via the app which is not working. And the IVR disconnects without connect or an human Agent
