I've reset the router three times and I'm getting fed up with Sky. No help from Customer Services at all.

I have sane problem no network connection apps not working because of this, Internet is working on all other devices

It sounds like it's the TV rather than your router. Have you tried a network reset on the TV in its settings and then try reconnecting it? Assuming you are connecting via Wi-Fi?

Hello everyone who replied to my problem. I managed to go to Settings and then a factory reset. Came up with a series of steps which i had almost completed when it asked me to go to a sky.com/activate now. this page no longer works. I finally managed to get through to sky customer services after hanging on the phone for about 50 minutes. Very helpful lady who went through everything and I can now watch my TV but I have to use my TV remote to change the volume because the sky remote won't do that for some unknown reason. @Ferris8162 @JPR007 @jamesn123 @Exiled-in-HH

I've had same issue all week. No access to tv apps etc in the main tv, & the tv in the bedroom which should be connected via multiriim aubscription stopped working earlier this week. has this been a common issue with sky this week?

Seems to be ever since sky Internet went down earlier in the week

Issue now fixed thanks to the help of a sky rep I managed to speak to this morning. Guess they were busy this week as I couldn't get an answer but sorted now.
