TV no internet connection

After resetting my router on advice from Sky, my Samsung TV has no internet connection. I've turned off Sky Q Box and restarted, but still no internet connection

I am having the same issue currently. My internet just keeps dropping and my router keeps going red.

I have just reset the internet connection from the Sky Settings menu, and it now seems to be back to normal

Mine just keeps turning red and going off and then coming back on a few minutes later. It's only happened today. Sky service checker says no problems in my area 🤔

Can I have an engineer out to see what's happening my sky box is working fine just not connecting to the internet
