TV keeps pixelating and dropping off

TV keeps pixelating, freezing and then Sky drops off altogether. 
This is on regular TV, not even streaming and is infuriating. 
I have tried turning it all off and rebooting and nothing works. 
I have to work from home also so this is a serious issue
