TV keeps freezing

Having previously complained about my tv freezing I sent the sky max hub along with the Sky max pod, since the the problem is not nearly as bad but it is still freezers, My pod lights go out as they should so I assume it working, checking my WiFi connection I can see my Sky connection also a Repeater-60C704 is this my Sky pod if so it's asking for a password so I enter my Sky password but says it's incorrect, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@jurgenm1947 Look very closely at the password, can be hard to see and some times a capital O letter can be a Zero 0 number same for the l L 1 etc! Little letter, capital letter numbers, has to be exactly as you see it on the Hub!

Hi, many thanks for the quick response, my hub password is correct or the wouldn't connect so I know that's okay, but  I didn't see a password for my Sky max pod I'm not sure if there is one for that hence my original question.
