Hi - we have a Samsung TV that connects fine via WPS - however, after each time the TV is powered off and back on, the connection is lost and we seem to have to perform the WPS connection process again from scratch.
We don't usually have to do this with other devices - wondered if anybody has found a way around this problem?
p.s. The Samsung refuses to connect any way other than via the WPS method. We also noted that the Sky Router seems to be set to use WPS3 - but that option is greyed out so I can't seem to fall back to WPS or WPS 2 - anybody know how to unlock these settings so we can give this a try?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@IshamCloser if you have the Sky Max white hub as that is the only one with WPA3 support, you control the settings through the `My Sky app nooy via the web interface but I am not sure Sky has activated tge zbility to change tge wifi security level yet.
