TP Link Connection

Having issues connecting the TP Deco  link, when contacting them they ask me to ask my provider if it was either one of these 

L2TP
PPTP-DFlite
Vlan
IPTV

I have ADSL Sky network anyone any idea?

Is your address in the UK or RoI?

Sky UK uses a somewhat less common connection method which some router models do not cater for.

If you have an ADSL connection then you should be authenticating against PPPoA (or PPPoE, I can never remember which is correct) - in the UK or ROI.

UK VDSL is not the above and the Deco's struggle with an 'easy' connection method if you're trying to use them to replace the Sky Hub, you could

connect them to the Hub, in AP mode and turn the Wi-Fi on the Hub off.
