System tests suggest in order and 4 green lights on router but no ability to use internet etc.

No connectivity. Router was down in morning 3 green and 1 amber light (furthest right). Rebooted and gained 4 green but no service. Did further reboot with same result. Called Sky and spoke to robot who said there was fault in set up and sent this connection. Home checks all in order but still no service.
