System filters

Hi , I just started on 17th with sky BB 

im a shooter and can't access my shooting websites because of filters I guess 

how do I resolve this because I'll be going back to BT if not

@Darren166 First thing to do is go have a look at your Broadband Shield settings in your account, adjust that to what you need! Takes a couple off hours to filter through so it's not an instant, sky say 2 hours, i always advise allow 24hours!

@Darren166 Ofcom require ISPs to set web filters to a level that protects children on new accounts. Simple set Sky Broadband Shield to afe 18 or off as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-using
