Switching to sky

I am trying to do an online switch to sky, gets me through right to the end page, click confirm and it says technical difficulties - try again later. been trying for 3 days any ideas? I've cleared cookies etc

@Kayleigh862 If your online is just is not doing it for you, then call sky sales they will gladly help you out and get it ordered and OTS takeover!

Yes annoyingly I will have to but waiting in a queue to get through to someone is a pain and also was going via top cash back so would lose the cash back.
