Switching to Fibre

Hi, if I upgrade to Fibre would there be a period where we do not have internet during the switch over please?

There shouldn't be a discontinuity, but a seamless transition cannot be guaranteed.

There have, for example, been forum posts where an installer has rather unwisely cut the copper cable to attempt to use it to pull fibre through a duct, only to find that's blocked or the wire itself is trapped.

@Hamz1 There is the potential for one down/one up, so yes there is a possibility that it may happen, landline phones for sure on the switch between systems!
