Switching from Plusnet

Help needed,i'm try to switch from Plusnet,i've filled the Sky form in online,

but its saying i have broadband but no landline with Plusnet,i've been with

Plusnet for broadband and phone for years,could anyone eplain whats going on

It might be best if you call Sky to query them on the issue as sometimes the online ordering process can have issues

Try "I still need help" at the bottom of this page.

 

Plusnet ceased providing telephone services to new or renewing customers a while back, so that's probably why SKy think you don't have a telephone.
