Switching from BT equipment arrival

Hi. We are due to switch providers from BT to sky next week. 

our activation date is 20th November. Currently no equipment has been dispatched and it just says processing on our order. 

If we don't have the router next week for the switch over date will Sky be able to push it back? Don't want to be left without internet whilst waiting for new router to arrive.

@redmonml Skt dispatch the hubs by post to arrive around 2 days before activation so you are asking too early. Inevitably with the many thousands sent out each week a few get lost or arrive late but it is only a small proportion so inevitably there is a risk you can be without connectivity for a couple of days. If you move the activation date that moves the date they send out the hub.
