Switched from BT

So after being a BT customer since probably over 15 years I thought sky can't be poor as technology has moved on.

so switched from bt full fibre  900 to skys 900 and thought this can't go wrong.

well how wrong was i.

so it switches over night and i unplug my ASUS rog router and for ease put the sky router in for time being.

router was on and off but assumed updating but come home to a permanently slow green pulse.

so between sky and openreach they have made a absolute mess of this and have the nerve to tell me 72 hours when I'm a stream customer.

never had a drop out or a technical fault with bt since early days of adsl.

i left sky back then because drop outs and router reboots and seems you get what you pay for in this case
