@foxykate sounds like the WiFi signal from the hub is not good enoough in the room the Switch is placed. This us auiteca common problem especially in homes with solid internal walls. While Sky's WiFi Max package which can supply up to 3 WiFi extenders might work if you want to use tgecSwitch for anything other than casual gaming you may want to consider using Ethernet cables or Powerline Networking.
