Support speed limiting devices

We have quite a slow internet limited by my area. This causes issue as many devices can't have speed limits on them and use all of the bandwidth. I would hope a speed limit system could be added to the Hub as it currently isn't possible.

@Anonymous  Nearly all ISP supplied routers don't have this option, you're looking at more expensive 3rd party routers for that.

You'd need router hardware which supports Quality of Service (QoS) and as @GD1 indicates that's typically not found on ISP supplied kit.
