Is this showing a 100Mbps device reconnecting to the router or perhaps a 100Mbps cable?
Possibly a 2012 LG Smart TV.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TechmanagerMal probably the TV - video devices do not need higher speeds than 30Mb/s to stream video and for example Sky's Stream and Glas units have 100Mb/s ethernet ports.
