Even I am experiencing the same issue and its really hard to get in touch with expert as well via call. you have to wait for more than hours and call multiple times becuase of some reason call get disconnected and after the call you don't get help. They say standard lines which is written on policy. "YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR 14 DAYS TO GET STABLE CONNECTION" .... what you cannot even check the line and find the problem. you want customer to get frustrated for 14 days and after that you will be able to check the line and issues. PATHATIC.. I made a big mistake by switching to SKY. If I don't get help in the cooling off period defienetly I will be moving back to my old provider which is way better in services and reliable to answer the concerns and resolve in timely manner. I have been signed up for superfast plan but getting 35-38Mbps which is like basic plan. If someone can help me that would be awesome, otherwise I will switch back to my old provider.
