My skt broadband was activated over a week ago. Had no internet since, I assume i need a new master socket installed but sky still have not organised one when they know abour the issue

my broadband activation day was on 29/11/2022; this did not happen. Here is the last message from Sky:
"Your broadband is now active. please connect your broadband hub. For the best performance we'll test your line for 10days."
However, it still not work. The only lights of hub that are on, are the power and wifi lights.
I have not received any further communication. How can I find out what's going on? Many thanks.
Has something maybe been missed ? @jamesn123 @Lisa-P1987 can either of you help?
