Superfast briadband but slow download
I'm paying for superfast but my download speed varies between 6 and 13 ??

@jodie2469 run the service checker in the My Sky app and click through to get your current connection speed. If thst is slower than it should be the app should offer to get your line checked. On the same page it will show the guaranteed speed for your line as the longerca copperline is the lower the speed it can deliver.
If thst all looks fine the issue will becthe WiFi speed in your homecwhivh Sky cannot control.
