Good afternoon, I have been a customer for around a year now and am paying for sky superfast broadband and not once had it every worked correctly. Sometimes I can't even watch videos on my phone without it pausing, if I try to download stuff it takes so so long, I have. Booked an engineer to the street but I am seeing what else can be done as it's been a year paying for something I haven't received, thank u
