No broadband 2 day in a row !

As the title says.... I've done all the troubleshooting . Occasionally it comes on for about half an hour...then goes off again! I've literally just started a work from home job and need 100% attendance in the first 2 weeks using ethernet.... I'm already being docked 2 days salary!! What's going on ?

@NatevePlease be aware you are not contacting Sky customer service here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers.

That being said it is almost impossible for anyone here to say why your connection isn' t working, you would need to run the Sky connection test to see if it picks up a fault(you can run it via mobile internet)

https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-com/test-your-broadband ot it finds a fault it should allow you to book an engineer visit, the lead time is 2 working days after the fault is reported you won't get any priority due to you working from home as you are doing so on a domestic only service.

Unfortunately no domestic ISP guarantees 100% connectivity.
