Super slow broadband
Can't watch anything without lagging and pauses
Can't play games as it drops out
Even internet browsing is painfully slow

Re: Super slow broadband
It seems the broadband has a fault, this can be tested with the Sky App and an engineer booked if it finds the fault, otherwise please post your router stats when you have a black Sky Hub, there is a post at the top of the forum that explains about posting the router stats and broadband line test.
