Super fast broadband....should be renamed

Initially my WiFi was great. However, lately it has been incredibly slow. How can I speak to someone about this? I am incredibly tempted to leave and go with another company. 

 

I have tried all of the usual steps, resetting the WiFi, etc. but nothing has worked.

@Rob2025 Just call 150 from your landline, pass the security and wait to speak with an agent, and if asked to be directed to the Forum then NO to that!

The service checker should show you what sky see's when they check your line and 30 day's off that is stored, broadband and the > to expand and see, link is below!
