Hello,
My boardband suddenly disconnected on this morning. I tried all the waysky's virtual assistant recommanded me. I reseted the sky broadband hub, but it still don't working.
Now, the broadband hub power and wifi is on green light, but internet light is off.
My house use optical network terminal (ONT ).
I check all the cable both pull tighten on the hub and terminal.
I cannot use the service checker, because it show 'Sorry, no address is associated with your account' on the page.
Please help me solve the problem. I just use sky broadband only a month.
