Subscription increase

I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription as from April it is due to go up a whopping 17%, an extra £5 per month to £36 per month I just can't afford this new amount. I've tried to contact SKY to discuss this but can not get through on the phone as having to wait a ridiculous amount of time. It is disguisting, Ive been a SKY customer for over 16 years and so sad that it has come to this. There are much cheapers internet providers available such as Vodaphone or virgin at around £25 per month, which I will be switching to.

Have you received your email about the annual price rise which details the increase and your options?

It is due by the 23rd of March.

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
