This has been a consistent problem since I got the hub , can't send on messenger, can't see tik tok , constantly saying no Internet on phone . I've upgraded with our to your supernatural hub and extra £4 monthly but still having same problems . I've disconnected the hub numerous times , nothing is helping.

@Lesley1968 If you have not already done so, have a look at the Broadband Shield settings on your sky account, adjust it to what you feel is good, OFF for me works best! Do allow sometime for it to filter through the system it is NOT an instant change...
