Havent recieved broadband box

I ordered the broadband box in May, it is now July and everytime I ring and ask about the delivery they keep telling me they sent someone out. This has been going on for weeks. I seriously need advice and help asap. I need the broadband by July 17th

Hubs are dispatched through Royal Mail and usually arrive between 1-5 days prior to activation. Once dispatched you should be able to track it.

@charleyb5 Do you have any current broadband from sky and if so why a new box!

No, I haven't recieved any box at all. They installed the fibre and thats it. Its been 2 months waiting for a box and everytime I ring about it they keep telling me they will have it sent out in 1-4 working days.

We use AN POST here, and i've been waiting 2 months for a box. I moved homes but never used Sky before, probably one of the worst experiences ever. 

They installed the fibre about a month ago and thats it.

@charleyb5 Would expect you should be able to see the order progression by now regarding the dispatch off the sky Hub to you in your account!
