Stressful

I changed broadband but stayed with sky with TV. I was told I wouldn't be charged any extra charges but 2 months now sky have tried to take £270 out of my account!! Rang multiple times , told last month I have nothing to pay extra, then last Friday £270 taken out of my account, I rang them as on app its saying I'm in credit £270 , so taking £270 off me to put me in credit, make that make sense. Waiting for call back as making a complaint. Customer service is a joke, would help if they understood what I was saying & they knew how to do their job!

@Jool289 At the end off the day, did you terminate the Broadband Contract early and were advised that no penalty would be applied?
